Hi, I’m

Natalie Elshishini

This site highlights my portfolio and the services I provide to the brands I manage. I deliver full-scale social media management; conducting strategic audits, refining positioning, planning and creating content, managing daily posting, and providing ongoing performance analysis and reporting across platforms.

  • I was born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee - a city that is defined by ambition, creativity, and constant reinvention. Growing up here shaped more than my interests; it shaped my standards. I watched people build careers, brands, and identities from the ground up, and I learned early that visibility alone isn’t enough. What lasts is discipline, clarity, and consistency.

I’m currently double-majoring in Marketing and Management with a concentration in Entrepreneurship at Coastal Carolina University. I chose this path intentionally. I didn’t want to understand only how brands and businesses look; I wanted to understand how they lead, scale, and sustain growth over time. That balance between perception and structure is what defines how I work.

I’m drawn to building things that move forward.

  • I currently manage social media full-time for two Nashville-based businesses — Brow Game by Megan and Browology Waxing Studio — overseeing content strategy, execution, and performance reporting while contributing to positioning and long-term visibility.

In addition to hands-on management experience, I’ve been exposed to both commercial and residential real estate through shadowing and strategic discussions around scope, trajectory, visibility, and building from the ground up. That exposure expanded my understanding of long-term growth and high-level positioning beyond day-to-day marketing execution.

Prior to this, I served as a Sales Representative and Key Holder for Inspiration Co., a jewelry company, where I managed direct sales and participated in product production — strengthening my understanding of customer behavior, presentation, and the connection between brand perception and purchasing decisions.

At Coastal Carolina University, I helped build the Coastal Carolina Entrepreneurship Organization from its early stages as Marketing Executive and held a leadership development role within Phi Sigma Sigma, focusing on mentorship and team dynamics.

I hold certifications in Lean Six Sigma (White Belt), PMP through the Management & Strategy Institute, and Digital Advertising and Email Marketing through HubSpot Academy.

  • I care about clarity, accountability, and thinking ahead. I work best with people who genuinely care about what they’re building — who understand that real visibility doesn’t come from posting more, but from being consistent and intentional.

When I step into a brand, I’m aware that it represents someone’s time, money, and reputation. That matters to me. I see growth as something that’s built steadily — through awareness, refinement, and showing up the right way over time.

  • Outside of work, I’m deeply committed to growth in every area of my life. I care about how I show up — physically, mentally, and professionally. I stay active, practice hot yoga, and invest in my health because discipline and self-awareness matter to me.

I value my relationships, my family, and the friendships that keep me grounded. I split my time between South Carolina and Nashville and will be returning to Nashville full-time after graduation. That balance between independence and connection has shaped who I am.

I believe the standards you hold in your personal life eventually show up in your work — and I take both seriously.

  • I’ve always been drawn to understanding people — how they perceive, respond, and connect. That awareness naturally carried into how I approach business. I pay attention to tone, positioning, and consistency because those details determine whether a brand resonates or fades.

I’m both analytical and intuitive. I care about data and performance, but I also understand that perception drives behavior. I’m extremely driven and disciplined in my work. I value my time, my standards, and the responsibility that comes with managing someone’s brand or business. I don’t approach projects casually, I approach them with intention and commitment because when I attach my name to something, it matters.

My Approach

My work started with aesthetics — noticing what makes people stop scrolling. A post that feels intentional. A brand that looks cohesive. The small visual signals that build trust without saying a word.

Over time, that awareness turned into a strategy. I pay attention to patterns: what creates traction, what builds credibility, and what makes a brand feel polished instead of scattered.

Every client relationship starts with a discovery call. From there, I review positioning, audit existing content, and build structured calendars, filming plans, and execution strategies so growth happens intentionally and not randomly.
