Frequently Asked Questions

Both! I work from three core packages, but the scope is always adjusted based on what your business actually needs. Some brands want full social media management, while others need more strategy support or content planning. During the discovery call, we’ll discuss your goals and I’ll recommend the package that makes the most sense.
-
My packages currently start at $800/month, with most clients landing higher depending on scope, number of platforms, and how involved the management needs to be.
-
Every business is different, and pricing depends on things like the number of platforms being managed, how often content is posted, whether messaging is included, and the level of strategy or consulting needed. The discovery call allows me to recommend the right package instead of offering something generic that may not actually fit your business.
-
The discovery call is where we talk through your business, goals, and what you’re hoping to improve with your social media. I’ll walk you through the packages I offer, answer questions, and recommend what I think would work best based on your brand and content needs.

Yes!! I manage accounts remotely. Social media management can be done from anywhere as long as we have strong communication and a clear content plan.

Yes, message and comment management can be included depending on the package. Some businesses prefer I manage basic engagement, while others prefer to handle their own conversations with clients.
-
Content shoots or event coverage may be available for select clients depending on location and scheduling. Many businesses don’t need this to grow, but it can be helpful for launches, promotions, or special events!!
-
Most clients work with me month-to-month, but I do require 12 days notice if you plan to stop services. This allows me to plan content, adjust scheduling, and transition the account smoothly.
-
Social media growth depends on consistency, content quality, and how active the account already is. Once we implement structure and a consistent strategy, most accounts begin seeing improvements in reach, engagement, and overall visibility.
